PixlPlay provides the services described on www.pixlplay.co, including social‑media video editing, pre‑ and post‑processing, and brand‑building services.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, without notice or liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixlPlay’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service or ₹ 10,000 if no payment was made; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting pixlplay.official@gmail.com.
If any provision is invalid, it will be modified to achieve its purpose, and the remaining provisions will remain in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
